Who we are
This website is run by AITAS Systems UAB (company code 307033949), Partizanų g. 61-806, LT-49282 Kaunas, Lithuania, trading as AITAS Labs. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, email systems@aitas.cc.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, work email, company (if given), topic, and message.
Order form: the products, quantities, and firmware you choose, your company, name, and work email, the country of end use, the program or end use, the date you need the products by, and any notes.
With each form: the time it was sent and a shortened IP address (the first two of its four parts), which our form service keeps to block spam.
When you visit: like any website, our host's servers receive your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. We see only daily totals: page views, referring sites, and countries, with no IP addresses or identifiers.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you write. Please don't send us anything you don't need to.
Why we use it
To answer order requests and prepare a quote or contract you asked for (GDPR Article 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before a contract).
To check export-control and sanctions rules that apply to an order, using the country and end use you give us (Article 6(1)(c), legal obligation).
To answer inquiries sent through the contact form or by email (Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us).
To keep the site working and secure, including blocking spam (Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in a reliable, secure website).
We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
Who receives it
Our website and forms are hosted by deploybase (TwanIT, the Netherlands). Form submissions are stored in Paris, France; pages are delivered through Bunny.net (Slovenia) from servers in the European Economic Area; and form notifications are emailed to us through Lettermint (the Netherlands). These providers process data only on our instructions. Read deploybase's privacy policy for details.
We also use an email provider to receive and answer your messages, and we share data with authorities when the law requires it, for example for export-control checks.
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are deleted from our form service after 12 months.
Correspondence about an order is kept as long as accounting, tax, and export-control laws require us to keep business records.
Other inquiries are deleted when they no longer need an answer or follow-up, and within 12 months at the latest.
Server logs with IP addresses are deleted by our host within 7 days. Daily visit totals are kept for up to 25 months.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and loads no tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so visiting it doesn't contact any other company.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to limit how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. You can object to any use based on our legitimate interests. Email systems@aitas.cc; we reply within one month.
You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), vdai.lrv.lt, or to the data protection authority where you live or work.
Changes
When this notice changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
